Orders placed before noon on business days are shipped the same day. Our premium courier delivers to capital cities and major centres the next working day. Remote locations delivered within 1-2 working days.
By default, yes. Signatures are required upon delivery.
If you require your package to be left in a safe place please leave a note during checkout. Please note; by providing an authority to leave you accept all risks. If the courier cannot identify a safe place to leave your parcel an alternative delivery option will be used.
The driver will leave a ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card either at your front door or in your letterbox. This card has instructions about how you can collect your parcel or get it re-delivered. The parcel will usually be taken to a Post Office or StarTrack depot to keep your parcel safe.
We will email you when your order is despatched. This email will include your delivery tracking number. You can then track your delivery using StarTrack’s Track & Trace tool.
