Below are a list of terms and conditions for the purchaser to read and understand before placing their order with the Horse Care Company Pty Ltd Online shopping service. By using our online shopping service available on our website, www.horsecare.com.au, you agree to the terms of use on our Website.
We are strictly prepaid only. Goods are only dispatched upon receipt of full payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or direct deposit or cheque. Orders will only be completed once payment has cleared.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (once payment is cleared). Should any product be placed on backorder, we will contact you to advise an approximate time frame for delivery.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by the Horse Care Company Pty Ltd. In the case of a price increase, a representative from the Horse Care Company Pty Ltd will contact you. Any cancelled orders must be received within 2 days of the price increase notification. All prices are quoted in AUD dollars and GST inclusive.
Orders should be made using our online ordering system whenever possible. If our ordering system is malfunctioning or you have difficulty placing your order please email our sales team with all relevant information.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders placed must be actioned in a two hour period of placing the order by contacting the Horse Care Company Pty Ltd via email.
Cancellations made after the despatching will incur the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.
Shipping
You are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery.
You will be responsible for arranging collection from Australia Post or other couriers.
You are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. Horse Care Company Pty Ltd will make every effort to deliver on time, but we shall not be liable for a delayed or lost shipment.
Return and Refund
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $15 (whichever is greater) will be deducted prior to refund.
Returned goods must be in original condition and include all original packaging.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
Please contact us via email prior to return.
You must report any incorrect, missing or damaged items to Horse Care Company Pty Ltd by e-mail within 72 hours of the order being received at the delivery address.
